I’m so excited to share something new that’s now available for clients — a powerful tool to help you move forward in life, especially if things have felt stuck or unclear.
I’m thrilled to announce that I am now a Certified Belief Code™ Practitioner, and sessions are officially open!
Think of your mind like a smartphone: your thoughts and emotions are the apps — visible, changeable, and easy to open. But it’s your subconscious beliefs that act as the operating system running in the background, silently shaping how everything functions. To create real change, you have to update the system, not just the apps.
Whether it’s anxious thoughts, repeating patterns, lack of motivation, or something you just can’t seem to figure out — the Belief Code™ helps you go deeper to address what’s really going on under the surface.
What is the Belief Code™?
The Belief Code™ is a powerful method that helps identify and clear the subconscious beliefs and internal programming that quietly, yet profoundly, shape how we think, feel, and respond to life. The Belief Code™ was developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, the creator of the Emotion Code® and Body Code™, as the next evolution in addressing the subconscious root of our life experiences.
These beliefs are often formed without us realising it — from childhood experiences up to age 7, family patterns, suggestions from others, or even inherited beliefs from parents, grandparents and ancestors— and they can lead to stress, frustration, self-doubt, or self-sabotage, even when we’re doing all the “right” things on the surface.
Belief Code™ sessions help bring those patterns to light so you can shift them — quickly, gently, and effectively.

What happens in a session?
A typical session is done remotely or over video link, and we’ll:
Focus on a specific area or concern in your life
Use muscle testing (a gentle form of energetic checking, also known as applied kinesiology) to identify the underlying subconscious belief or block
Clear the belief system that’s been keeping that pattern in place
Offer your subconscious the option to replace it with an aligned, empowering belief that supports your goals.
After a session, clients often feel lighter, clearer, and more motivated — with unexpected “aha” moments or subtle but meaningful shifts in how they think and feel. Some ways to describe the shift is like taking a pair of tinted sunglasses off and seeing things in a different tint, or having train tracks shifted ever so slightly that it's over time that you realise how far you changed course in a wonderful way to be where you wanted to be.
